The writer would suggest as follows the existence an arrangement involving Purdue and the NSF.

NSF'S ARRANGEMENT OF 2002 WITH PURDUE

Pursuant to his report on the two NFTL's, PEFCU General Counsel Andy Gutwein cooperated with Fong in the fact finding as follows. In 2002, Purdue and NSF entered into an arrangement, which prompted the June, 20, 2006 resolution of the IDR (Indiana Department of Revenue). The IDR issued the 6-10-06 resolution to rectify Bauchman's procurement of the "Order Denying Writ Petition" to perfect his coordinated action with Busch and Sullivan for the MacLauchlan killing. It was IDR's verification of the Alternative Writ on the "state's admission of its agreement of April 19, 1991," directing the Tippecanoe Superior Court II to file a report on the MacLauchlan killing.

The 2002 arrangement, a backup for OIG's coordinated action with DOJ to shut down a predecessor website to this current webpage, was instituted to maintain, over a period of years into the future, the integrity of Posner's simple plan. By this arrangement,

•Purdue, to protect OIG from the committed GAO review, was to do two things: (a) deep-six Posner's simple plan for PEFCU's transfer of the $48,903.81 to Pimentel for redistribution to revenue officers and OIG employees in furtherance of the Calvin cycle; and (b) timely install the RNFTL to sustain the anticipated James T. Moody action.
•NSF was to install Beering and his successor Purdue presidents if necessary, on the NSB and enable Purdue nuclear engineer Ardent L. Bement Jr.'s appointment as NSF Director and, then, promote Umminger to Director Bement's liaison officer to Fisher in OIG's investigation of PEFCU's transfer of the $48,903.81, to protect Purdue from debarment for its two fedral false claims, the Calvin cycle and the "tabletop bubbles research."
In support, Cordova sent Fong two links: (1) Navy Department's certified mail debarring Taleyarkhan, a Purdue researcher, instead of Purdue Research Foundation for the bubbles research; (2) NSF's release of Bement's biography as proof of his hiring from Oak Ridge National Laboratory nuclear engineer Rusi Taleyarkhan as the Ardent L. Bement Jr. Distinguished Professor of Nuclear Engineering at Purdue.

In further support, Cordova sent Fong Purdue Chemistry Department Head Paul Shepson's email of Nov. 15, 2010, a progeny of Fischer's public letter of Feb. 19, 2002, to obstruct the committed GAO review by Luse.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12877068353808561816noreply@blogger.com
